The Heat is on in Cleveland
This is the biggest game of the regular season..no question. This isn't a player who has been traded coming back to play against a team he played on for years. This is LeBron James an Ohio native who was taken #1 overall and pronounced KING JAMES by a struggling franchise who saw hope in this young phenom. And then after spending 7 years ruling over Cleveland he decides to take his "talents to South Beach".
At first I was extremely happy and excited to watch this Heat team play. I was a huge LeBron fan and wanted him to get a ring more than anything, But as the season progressed I saw a very different picture painted of the superstar I onced worshiped. The "Big Three" looked bad together and the rest of the Heat squad looked even worse. King James looked like a selfish pre-Madonna and Bosh and Wade were as broke as Flint Michigan.
So whats gonna happen in Cleveland thursday night? Well Cavs fans are gonna drink 49,000 Busch Lights and then follow that up with orchestrated chants that they have been practicing for months to try and get in Lebrons head. But will it work? Can the Cavs pull of the win that the state of Ohio really needs?
Or does the former king of Cleveland go off and jump start the Heat's season? Many believe LeBron will harness all the pent up hate he has in his heart from the fans of Cleveland burning his jersey etc..etc.. and turn in an unbelievable performance. Im on this side of it..I say LeBron drops atleast 30 and nearly misses a triple double (34pts-14rbs-8asst).
PREDICTION: Heat win 101-90
